About us

AL SHAMS PLASTIC WASTE RECYCLING (L.L.C) is a recycling facility located in Sharjah approved by Sharjah Economic Department and Sharjah Municipality.

Al Shams Plastic Recycling started its operations in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates in 2010 with a commitment to save our society from waste accumulation originating from multiple sources.

The infrastructure of Al Shams Plastic Recycling meets the industry benchmarks with its most modern machinery installed and strictly adhering to the environment friendly disposal and other federal bodies.

We contribute to the reduction of waste plastic containers while establishing a profitable and successful production process, all while following to the principles of environmental preservation.

Our recycling process starts from the collection of below mentioned materials from clients and  segregating the items based on requirements.

Items which we collect or receive from our clients include:

  • LLDPE, or Linear Low-Density Polyethylene, is a type of polyethylene plastic known for its flexibility, strength, and impact resistance. LLDPE is used in a wide range of products, including stretch wraps, food packaging, agricultural films, pond liners, and roto-molded products like tanks and toys.

  • Waste collected from households or businesses, including items like plastic bags, packaging materials, and containers.

  • LLDPE scrap can also be used in the production of toys, containers, and various other plastic products.

Upon reaching our facility the above-mentioned items undergo sorting, segregation, and safe processing including disposal.  Segregated materials like paper, cardboard, thermocol, glass, metals, tape, stickers etc. will be forwarded to respective centers where these items will get grinding in machine and will get in a form of agglomerates.

Agglomerates are a product of grinding and processing plastic film scrap. They are often used as a raw material for other manufacturing processes.

Services

Feature One

LLDPE agglomerates are a form of processed Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) scrap, typically derived from post-industrial or post-consumer waste.

Service
Feature Two

LLDPE agglomerates are often made from recycled LLDPE waste, making them a sustainable option for various applications.

Feature Three

LLDPE granules are small, solid particles of Linear Low-Density Polyethylene, a thermoplastic polymer. They are a versatile raw material used in various applications, particularly for films, packaging, and injection molding.
